16. The New Groovement at Distrikt Nightclub- Sleep Talking (November 6, 2015)
It was a big year for The New Groovement. They released their first full length album ‘The Orange Album’ and were a Zone Band of The Month. A fun thing the horn section tends to do at shows is walk through the crowd while playing at some point. Most times I’ve covered The New Groovement the horn section is walking through an area with poor lighting, but at The Zone Band of The Month Showcase there was some actual light to capture the horns going through the crowd.
